*Consultation and Supervision*
Resolve (RCT) services also offers consultation and supervision to psychologists, nurses and professionals working with young people. Consultation allows professionals to share their clinical/ business dilemmas and to gain ideas about how their work can move forward to the benefit of the client/business.
Supervision provides a regular supportive structure that also allows clinicians to discuss the details of their clinical work. It also provides a space for professionals to think about how their clinical work impacts on them and how their beliefs and values may affect their responses to clients.
