Dr Ndidi Ebubedike is the founding director of RCT services and is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist who practices using both Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Systemic Psychotherapy. She is also trained in Psychodynamic approaches. Dr Ebubedike currently works in the NHS and has worked with children, adults and older adults in a variety of NHS and private sector settings. This has involved short, medium and long term work for a diverse range of difficulties of varying severity. She also has an interest in working with spirituality and issues of diversity. Dr Ebubedike’s particular area of clinical interest is in clinical health, that is working with psychological issues which come up in the context of physical health difficulties i.e cancer, HIV, diabetes, chronic pain and heart disease. Dr Ebubedike works with a varied range of psychological difficulties including stress, anxiety, depression, phobias, relationship difficulties and problems at work. Dr Ebubedike has a BSc (Hons) in Psychological Sciences and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. ****Nursing Director****
 
Amaka Ebubedike is the nursing director of RCT services and she is currently a registered member of the nursing and midwifery council. She is a qualified nurse currently working in the NHS where she has worked for nearly 30 years. Amaka Ebubedike started her career working in acute settings before moving to the community services. She has also worked in children’s services as a health visitor before moving to older adult services and people with long term conditions. She is also a trained midwife and theatre nurse. Amaka Ebubedike has a wide range of experience with parents and running groups workshops on parenting, nutrition and child development. Amaka Ebubedike has also worked as a senior nurse manager in the NHS for over five years. Amaka Ebubedike has a Diploma in Health Visiting and a BSc (Hons) in Community Nursing. Amaka Ebubedike is a full member of the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
